Testimonials from Our Commercial Clients

Quincy Media

We’ve worked on multiple jobs for Quincy Media, Inc., including major renovations and custom projects at both WGEM and The Herald-Whig. In addition to retrofitting office and storage space, we remodeled their television newsroom and photo studios. We were also tasked with the development of a new home for the Quincy Media IT department that supports over 3,000 devices in eight states.

“Working with Eric Green Construction on QMI projects has been a great experience. Eric brings old-school professionalism with modern-day enthusiasm for working with new materials and ideas. He and his staff become part of your project, they’re as eager to see it through as you are. The experience his employees bring to a project is far more than you would expect from a small company. They take great pride in what they do and handle the surprises and changes that come with any project with a smile.”
– Jeff Wilson, QMI assistant director of engineering and maintenance

Still Waters Float Center

Our work for a new Quincy company, Still Waters Float Center, brought unique challenges, including retrofitting an older building, soundproofing rooms to ensure a relaxing experience for their customers, and using materials that could handle moisture and saltwater.

“Eric Green and his construction crew helped to turn our 1872-built building into a beautiful new state-of-the-art sensory deprivation float center. This construction project involved a great deal of innovation and unusual techniques involving soundproofing, vibration isolation and other quirks of our business. Eric was very helpful, proactive, curious to learn about our business requirements, professional, prompt, and above all a pleasure to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone wanting a quality product in their finished result.” – Beth Lane and Russel Lane, proprietor, Still Waters Float Center
